Marisa Betancourt CPRBLS Instructor
Marisa Betancourt

Marisa Betancourt is the CEO & Founder of the Care Training Academy. In 2021 she saw an opportunity to get more involved with the school and interact with our students to improve our curriculum in a way that was flexible yet impactful. CPR/BLS allowed her to get in front of everyone in a teaching role that didn’t require her to be a nurse. This was also an area she could have complete flexibility with; she could build classes around her schedule based on demand. Marisa is passionate about saving lives and helping others to feel more in power or in control during a life threatening situation; CPR/BLS gave her a way to take a subject that could scare the wrong audience and make it light, fun, informative and inspire others to do the same; inviting them into the instructor class in the process. We are proud of our course and are excited to reach our annual goal to certify at least 1000 individuals! Are you next?
